It’s taking me a while to post things sometimes, it being a busy time of year and me having a tendency to post long pieces, so I’m going to throw in the odd filler to keep myself regularly posted. Here’s a picture of something I concocted recently, a variation on a salad nicoise, done like an antipesto. Basically, egg, potato, French beans, tuna, tomatoes, olives, and spring onions and garlic in a French dressing
